In preparation for your move, we will correspond by email and phone. We’ll determine what type of home, price range and neighborhoods you are interested in. During our initial consultation, we will determine your property profile requirements. This information is entered into our sophisticated computer program that is linked directly into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the REALTOR database that includes all homes for sale. This program searches the MLS routinely for homes available on the market that match your profile. Detailed printouts about matching properties will be emailed to you as soon as they go on the market. If you want to tour any property, we will schedule an appointment as quickly as possible. In today’s real estate market, the best homes sell quickly.

When you visit, we’ll be ready! We will visit the neighborhoods and homes that interest you the most. In addition, we can talk about schools, subdivisions, local market conditions, local culture – anything that is important to you.

At this initial interview, it is important for buyers to be as clear as possible about their needs. After you have decided how much you can comfortably spend, your buyer’s specialist will only show you homes that meet your criteria. Promoting clear communication with our customers is good business for us, and it can save you hours of house-hunting. We can also recommend licensed mortgage brokers to assist you in your financing arrangements.
